More than two years ago our company was invited by the Textile Association of Los Angeles (TALA) to collaborate on a new show that would offer a fresh alternative. Our hopes were high that with the active support of TALA and other partners we would quickly build a large show with hundreds of additional resources. Unfortunately, that never happened.

It’s never easy to walk away from an opportunity. We would like nothing more than to keep working hard to provide a better trade event for the West Coast. However, given present business conditions we are canceling our plans for the March edition of GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fair.

It was a very difficult decision. We continue to believe that LA deserves a quality, comprehensive show with resources from around the world gathered in an inspiring environment.

We thank everyone for their support, and we look forward to working with many of you again.
